Social Worker | Duty and Assessment Team. Location: Fylde & Wyre. Salary up to £46,142 per annum. Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week.

The Role

You will assess and respond to a variety of cases to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and respond to a range of cases to safeguard children and families.
* Collaborate with families, children, and young people to involve them in the process.
* Work with other agencies to develop multi-agency plans and ensure best outcomes.
* Engage in relationship-based practice within a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain professional development through continuous learning and supervision.

Requirements
* Registration with Social Work England is required to be appointed as a Social Worker.
* You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use.
* Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required.
