Salary: £45,000 + Benefits (Gym membership, yearly paid ski trip, Bupa)

About Our Client:
We are working with a fast-growing media agency across food, retail, entertainment and ecommerce. They are seeking a Digital Media Buyer who is hands-on, results-driven and eager to push digital performance further. You will play a key role in shaping programmatic output with DV360 at the centre of delivery.
Role Overview:
You will run programmatic campaigns end-to-end in DV360, building audiences, managing delivery, optimising performance and driving better outcomes. You will support brand planning, experiment with new approaches, challenge thinking and help elevate the agency’s digital output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, activate and optimise campaigns exclusively in DV360.
* Deliver meaningful results across reach, conversions, clicks and video performance.
* Create performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
* Deploy tracking, work with CM360 and interpret third-party measurement.
* Support planning, pitches, testing roadmaps and post-campaign reviews.
* Brief creatives effectively with a clear understanding of what drives results.
* Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3–5+ years hands-on DV360 activation experience is essential.
* Strong understanding of programmatic buying, optimisation levers and audience strategy.
* Advanced Excel capability for reporting, analysis and insight creation.
* Confident communicator across internal teams and client-facing conversations.
* Able to plan, think strategically and execute quickly.
* Proactive, curious, and driven to constantly improve work and results.
* Bonus experience but not required: PPC, YouTube, CM360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Microsoft Ads.
