Experience and Skills Required
* HV System Expertise (switching, isolation, energization)
* Permit:to:Work Procedures
* Technical Documentation and Record Keeping
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Team Leadership and Supervision
* Proficient in PPM and reactive maintenance across various systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety)
* Troubleshooting and problem:solving skills
* Building Management Systems (BMS) and power distribution unit (PDU) expertise
* Knowledge of SFG20, HTM, British Standards, and internal SLAs
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical aptitude and proven leadership capabilities in critical environments. Ideal candidates will have a history of successfully managing teams and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* High Voltage Authorization (HVAP : Valid or recently lapsed)
* Apprentice Trained or NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical Installations
* C and G 18th Edition
* Experience as a Lead Engineer or Shift Lead in a critical environment
Education
Apprentice Trained or NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical Installations
