Senior Vehicle Damage Assessor needed for Prestige Vehicle Repairs

Basic salary up to £42,000, with an OTE exceeding £50,000 through team bonuses
No weekend working, Monday to Friday, flexible working hours

Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed repair estimates
Liaise effectively with insurers, customers, and internal workshop teams
Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
Ensure all work is compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
Identify additional repair opportunities and upsell where appropriate
Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the repair processRequirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor position:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
Strong knowledge of accident repair methods and processes
Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication and customer service skills
