Job Description What you'll do The Shared OSS Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the technical delivery of transformation projects within the shared OSS domain, coordinating stakeholders across different teams and partner organisations. This role ensures projects plans are aligned to the wider company’s objectives and delivery teams operate with clear objectives and milestones. The management of inbound demand from external partners is a key responsibility, as is maintaining strong relationships with these partners to ensure delivery performance, governing contractual alignment, and the realisation of business value. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of Network initiatives. Finally, the role requires effective management of a range of senior stakeholders and the ability to coordinate both internal and external communications, ensuring transparency, alignment, and the successful delivery of strategic objectives. The role ensures efficient financial management and planning. The role also manages critical relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring delivery excellence and contractual compliance.
