Business Development Manager Location: Heathrow Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary + Bonus Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 Role Summary: Identify new clients, build relationships, and drive revenue by understanding customer needs and offering tailored freight / supply chain solutions. This involves market research, strategic planning, proposal writing, and close collaboration with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceeding sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market analysis; develop and implement strategic sales plans. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Meet potential clients, understand their logistics challenges, present solutions, win the account and build strong, lasting relationships. Plan personal sales activity on a weekly basis and share with General Manager.
