Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties
Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes
Work to agreed budgets and timescales
Support site inspections and quality checks when required
Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Essential Requirements:
Must be a fully qualified electrician
Must have 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification
Must have 18th Edition Wiring Qualification
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Experience working within social housing
