Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Southern Sales Team.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Southern Sales Team. This role requires regular travel and will predominantly cover Lincoln, Boston, Spalding, Peterborough, Kings Lynn and surrounding areas.
What will you be doing?
* At the heart of everything we do across the Bush Group is our customers. Initially you will be getting to know our existing customers and building relationships with them through regular visits and calls to ensure the B2B sales process continues smoothly
* A part of your day-to-day role will involve following up on internal leads via phone, email and in person visits to generate new accounts and customer relations
* Although it’s in our name, we don’t just sell tyres! When speaking with customers, you’ll also be able to promote our other services to generate increased revenue
* Supported by manufacturers and our internal marketing team, you’ll focus on promoting key brands to enhance sales
Who are we looking for?
* Whilst we pride ourselves on our internal training, on this occasion we’re looking for an experienced salesperson (tyre/automotive industry knowledge or experience is essential)
* You’ll hit the ground running in this role if you have great adaptability, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good technical ability (CRM, data analysis etc)
* Sales targets will be a large part of your role, so being self-driven to consistently follow up on leads/enquiries is a must

This role is 45 hours per week.
