Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (from home), you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess the condition of properties as needed.
Building strong relationships with onsite teams is essential to ensure both planned maintenance and reactive issues are addressed promptly. You will also oversee compliance across the estate, requiring experience with facilities management and compliance. Additionally, you will organize project work through JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Chartered status is not required, but experience working autonomously across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k is necessary, along with some background in facilities, compliance, and maintenance.
