RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet Clients on the phone in a friendly but professional manor, ensuring a first good impression.
* Manage incoming calls.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, diary management. Organising appointments for Engineers.
* Using Microsoft Office Suite.
REQUIRMENTS
* Previous experience isn't essential as training will be given.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with friendly and approachable manner.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
* Flexiblity to work and adapt to changing priorities.
