Location: North Dorset (Hybrid & Flexible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000

The Role
You'll manage a varied residential property caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Mortgages and transfers of equity
* Properties in rural locations
* Work flowing from a thriving residential property department
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:
* 2+ years\' experience in residential conveyancing
* Confidence managing a diverse caseload independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative and client-focused approach
* Experience using case management systems
* A passion for delivering excellent client service
Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working is available. Attendance at the Shaftesbury office is expected, with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
