It's time to join West Lancs as we continue our commitment on delivering our customers the reassurance of providing them with a safe home. We are looking to seek a Mould wash operative with strong communication skills and who has a proactive approach to solving customer queries.
The Role
Liaising with both our customers and Property Services team to deliver a Mould wash service related to West Lancashire's housing stock. You will provide vital support to the Damp and Disrepair team, a small friendly team and additionally you will support our tenants to ensure a smooth process of delivery.
As a Mould wash operative, you will provide vital support in ensuring that we meet our requirements for our repairs process. Additionally, you will assist the team with gaining access to properties to ensure that West Lancashire Borough Council legislative requirements are adhered to.
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence along with a business use motor insurance policy
