You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, delivering exceptional beverage service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. As part of the operational team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the overall success of The Starhotels UK. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality. Key Responsabilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth workflow. Lead, train, and motivate service staff while maintaining high hospitality and grooming standards. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a personalized dining experience. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality, timing, and presentation standards. Monitor staffing schedules, inventory levels, and operational costs to support efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while upholding the boutique hotel’s brand standards. Assist in organizing special events, private dining experiences, and VIP guest services. Support management with reporting, cash handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction. Why Us?
