We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join our Finance team. BEAR Scotland employs over 900 people across Scotland and holds contracts for the maintenance of over half of the Scottish trunk road network.
Job Purpose
You will join the finance team based in the Perth Head Office with the option of hybrid working. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support all finance activities including monthly management accounts, asset reporting, balance sheet management, project profitability analysis, and audit deliverables. You will work with managers across the wider business.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and be part-qualified (through experience or studying) in a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ICAS), which BEAR Scotland will support financially. Recent qualified candidates are also considered. A minimum of two years’ experience in a finance role is required, demonstrating experience in key responsibilities listed below.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* IT Literate, with strong Excel skills; experience with MS Dynamics or similar systems is beneficial
* Self-confident and self-motivated
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to pursue further study
* Experience in monthly management accounts process
