Duties Include:
* Supervising classes during teacher absences
* Delivering set work and maintaining a safe, respectful environment
* Managing behaviour and responding to pupil needs
* Liaising with school staff to report on pupil performance and behaviour
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Previous experience working with young people aged 11–16
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
* Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
* Right to work in the UK
Preferred:
* Understanding of the Welsh curriculum
* Fluency in Welsh is a bonus but not essential
