Fair Ways is a great place to work. We are a team. We care about each other and are all committed to making a change to the lives of the young people and service users in our care.

* Clinical Knowledge / Outcomes – demonstrate research and critical appraisal skills, be conversant with Fair Ways policies and procedures and use evidence to support clinical decision-making, including routine outcome measures and staying up to date with best practice. Commit to personal and professional development through supervision, training and ongoing learning opportunities.
* Managing Risk – contribute to risk assessments and management plans, provide cover of the duty system, and support incoming queries from our services to help young people feel safe in developing relationships and accessing further therapeutic intervention.
* Intervention / Caseload Management – manage a caseload of young people with complex needs, create and review care plans in line with the Hub Pathways, and oversee communication interventions across the charity.
* Training – deliver training and consultation to Fair Ways staff on SALT strategies and interventions to meet the communication needs of children and young people across the charity.
Qualifications and experience
* Essential: Core professional qualification and registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and current registration with HCPC.
