We are an experienced, multi-accredited eco installation company specialising in energy-saving solutions such as insulation, heat pumps, and solar PV. As an MCS-certified and TrustMark-registered business, we deliver high-quality retrofit projects in line with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards in homes across the UK.
Due to expansion, we are now seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to oversee and manage retrofit projects, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the retrofit journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Retrofit Coordinator on domestic retrofit projects under PAS 2035.
* Manage projects from assessment through to handover, ensuring they meet TrustMark, PAS 2030/2035, and funding scheme requirements (e.g. ECO4, GBIS).
* Coordinate retrofit assessments, design, and installation stages, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
* Produce and maintain retrofit project plans, risk assessments, and medium-term improvement plans (MTIPs).
* Review retrofit assessments and designs prepared by third parties, ensuring suitability and compliance.
* Work closely with retrofit assessors, designers, installers, and site managers to ensure smooth delivery.
* Liaise with clients, homeowners, and funding bodies, providing clear communication and updates throughout the retrofit process.
* Conduct quality assurance checks and sign-off on completed projects.
* Maintain accurate records and upload project data to relevant systems (e.g. TrustMark Data Warehouse).
* Provide training, guidance, and technical support to the wider team on PAS 2035 requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management).
* In-depth knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
* Understanding of domestic energy efficiency measures (insulation, heating systems, renewables).
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
* IT literate – comfortable with data management platforms and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
* Experience working within an MCS-certified or TrustMark-accredited organisation.
* Knowledge of funded retrofit schemes (ECO4, GBIS, SHDF, etc.).
* Technical background in building services, energy efficiency, or construction.
* Previous experience in an eco-installation or retrofit business.
