We’re now looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join the growing UK team and drive strategic growth across the region.

* From their innovative insurance platforms to process optimisation expertise grounded in Six Sigma principles, their clients get results. They support MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers with everything from initial advisory to full-service tech delivery.
Established and Growing:
* They already support 200 clients globally — including 30 in the UK — and they are scaling fast. With a strong foundation in the London Market and beyond, they grew 25% last year and are targeting c30%+ growth this year.
What We’re Looking For:
* A seasoned business development professional with 10+ years’ experience in insurance (technology or services sales)
* A well-connected individual able to confidently communicate with clients and prospects, in London Market or Broker, MGA and/or Captive
* Experience with long sales cycles and complex, high-value solution sales
The Role:
* Develop and close new business opportunities in the UK
* Work closely with a supportive SVP who will help open doors and guide strategy
* Drive deals ranging from £100,000 to $10M+ multi-year contracts
* Be part of a collaborative and experienced UK sales team
