Job Title: Experienced Chef de Partie
Location: Various Locations across Northamptonshire
Hours: Flexible hours available
Pay Rate: £15 - £17 per hour, depending on venue

Berry Recruitment is seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Parties to join our dynamic team, working across multiple locations in Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities:
* Station Management: Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and present dishes to a high standard of taste and visual appeal.
* Quality Control: Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and portion control to meet company standards.
* Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Follow and maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols.
* Stock Handling: Manage inventory for your section, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum).
* Completed Health and Safety training.
* Must have own transport, uniform, and chef equipment.
Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent culinary skills with strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Natural leadership abilities with attention to detail.
