A forward-thinking school in Kensington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join their supportive and well-resourced Science department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially A-Level Physics, inspiring a love for the fundamental laws of the universe. Location: Kensington Role: Physics Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5). Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for fundamental physical concepts within Physics. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and enhance the Physics curriculum. Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physics. Potentially contribute to extracurricular Physics clubs or science-related projects. Degree in Physics or a related field. Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with A-Level experience being advantageous. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Physics. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make complex ideas in Physics understandable. A commitment to fostering scientific inquiry and a love of Physics .
