Customer Service Executive
£20,000 - £24,000 | Taunton, Somerset | Permanent
This role sits at the heart of their sales and customer service function, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Full training is provided, making it an ideal next step for someone with strong administrative or customer service experience who is looking to grow within a purpose‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, EDI, or website
Check order details, send acknowledgements, and manage orders through to invoice and dispatch
Handle order queries, delivery issues, and stock requests
Support account managers with follow‑ups and administrative tasks
Liaise with production, planning, and despatch teams to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain accurate records
Run order reports and support general sales administration
Essential Skillset:
Previous customer service experience
Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Minimum Grade 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Honest, reliable, and professional
