MERJE are working with a fantastic new RegTech start up as they look to implement their new AI Compliance & Regulatory platform across the UK Financial Services sector. Backed by tier 1 investors across the US, UK, EU and Asia since their inception in 2024, they are already picking up some serious momentum working with a number of the largest firms in EU/UK.
We're helping our client in their search for a senior commercial and sales leader who understands how large organizations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world.
This hire will play a key role in building the firm's GTM playbook in the UK, building a team and scaling in other markets.
You will:
* Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
* Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
* Lead full-cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams
* Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
