£28,000 £30,000 per year (DOE) 40 hours per week | Permanent We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Bar Manager to take the lead in our busy venue in Newmarket. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, a structured rota, and genuine support from ownership. The Role You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the bar, leading from the front and setting high standards across service, team management, and operations.
