Overview
South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a highly caring, compassionate, self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to assist in the delivery of high quality patient care based on the 'Rigby Unit' at Stratford Hospital.
The Rigby Unit, opened in August 2018, provides specialist cancer care and also offers supportive treatments to non-cancer patients. Clinical Support Workers rotate through Reception, Phlebotomy, Outpatient Clinics and the Chemotherapy Treatment Area.
Role and Responsibilities
* Undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
* Support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
* Work within the unit across clinical and administrative roles as part of rotating through Reception, Phlebotomy, Outpatient Clinics and the Chemotherapy Treatment Area.
