Trainee Estimator - Construction Sector
Based in Bracknell | Full-Time | Office-Based
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Laptop & Phone Provided | Full Training Included

Role Overview:

1. Office-based role (Bracknell) - no hybrid/remote working

2. Support the estimating team in pricing construction projects

3. Assist in cost analysis, take-offs, and compiling quotations

4. Opportunity to travel to sites for surveys (after 3-month probation)

5. Occasional overnight stays (very rare)

What we're looking for:

6. Construction background essential - any trade or discipline considered

7. Basic IT skills - confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

8. Willingness to learn and develop in a commercial/estimating role

9. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
