Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role for a Service Technician located in the Twickenham, Kingston and surround area. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on managed print equipment and associated software solutions. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, and ensuring that equipment is functioning efficiently. This role also involves interacting with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
* Skills in Maintenance & Repair
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
* Experience in IT and networking
* Strong Customer Service skills and a generally positive outlook on life
* Relevant knowledge and experience in the maintenance of print equipment, including Sharp and Konica, although product training will be provided
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Effective communication abilities
* Experience in print management solutions (eg Papercut) and knowledge of the Vantage/Asolvi CRM system are distinct advantages
