Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using varied approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets, and enable students to reach their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children, following Every Child Matters and Area Child Protection Procedures.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in teaching.
5. Set homework regularly to consolidate and extend learning, encouraging student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement against targets and take appropriate actions.
7. Model professional conduct and personal presentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary or higher education levels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
