Key responsibilities
In this proactive Sales Manager role, you'll take responsibility for driving commercial performance by:
Taking a proactive approach to managing and developing key corporate, group, and catering accounts
Actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
Building strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and brand loyalty
Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
Developing local community connections to expand the customer base
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and demand to inform strategy
Supporting internal teams to deliver an exceptional guest and client experience
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies
What we're looking for
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who brings the right balance of commercial focus and relationship-building skills:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality sales role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A confident, organised, and proactive approach to account management
Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider hotel operations
Must have own car for business travel and client visits
