As a Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include:
* Providing support to customers, installers, and end-users via email and telephone
* Giving accurate advice on all the company’s product ranges, including resolving product enquiries
* Helping to maintain and update the company database
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
* Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background, although full training on company products will be provided
* Confident in handling high volumes of calls
* Able to maintain excellent customer service levels
* Experienced in using Microsoft Office programs
