Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Manager

What you’ll be doing:
· Lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing strategies aligned with the Air business objectives
· Manage and guide a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive health, wellbeing, wellness, and occupational health services
· Oversee governance and provide assurance for all health and wellbeing initiatives and activities
· Embed health and wellbeing practices into business operations to strengthen organizational and employee resilience
· Drive proactive health and wellbeing risk identification and mitigation
· Present regular updates to the board on the performance and impact of health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
Your skills and experiences:
· Professional qualification in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health, psychology, public health) with substantial amount of post qualification experience
· Demonstrated experience of applying clinical knowledge and best practice into strategic delivery across a large multi-sector organisation
· Experience working within large, diverse organisations across multiple sites or locations
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements as relating to employee health and wellbeing
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience of successfully implementing organisational or public health strategic changes

The Health and Wellbeing team:
As the Health and Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for leading a health and wellbeing team to success, supporting them to deliver tailored and evidence-based health and wellbeing interventions.
