We’re recruiting for a brand-new Facilities Manager Blackpool’s leading retail and leisure destination.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned facilities management professional to take ownership of operations at a flagship, customer-facing site.
The role offers:

Full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a prominent destination
*
Oversight of maintenance, security, health & safety compliance, and service contracts
*
Leadership of an on-site team, with a focus on performance, motivation, and service delivery
*
Regular liaison with tenants, contractors, and senior stakeholders
*
A key role in driving efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence
We’re looking for someone who:

Brings solid experience in facilities management within retail, leisure, or similarly dynamic environments
*
Shows confident leadership, a hands-on approach, and a proactive mindset
*
Can manage budgets, service charge accounts, and contractor relationships effectively
*
Is passionate about creating a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all visitors
