Job Description
Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 (37.5 hours)
Key responsibilities:
* Data analysis and reporting.
* Workforce planning and optimisation.
* Compensation and benefits analysis.
* Employee engagement and retention analysis.
* HR systems and technology.
* Compliance and regulatory reporting.
* Ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of a HR system, such as Cascade or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
* Knowledge of HR practices, relevant employment law, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
