Shift Pattern: Continental Shift | 4 on 4 off | 6am6pm

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a site-based engineering team within a critical environment. This role involves carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring all systems and equipment operate safely, reliably, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
* Fault finding and repair of mechanical or electrical systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
* Accurate completion of maintenance documentation
* Support site reliability and uptime within a critical environment
* Work effectively as part of a shift-based engineering team
Salary & Benefits
* Starting salary: £47,500
* Rises to £50,000 upon successful completion of a technical assessment (approx. xsngvjr 6 months)

Security & Eligibility Requirements
Due to the nature of the site, candidates must:
* Have been a UK resident for at least 5 years
* Be able to successfully pass BPSS and SC clearance
About You
* Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
* Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
* Comfortable working a continental shift pattern
* Experience in a critical or high-compliance environment (desirable but not essential)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
