We’re a performance marketing agency helping home improvement businesses generate more leads and sales through paid social and PPC. We run quarterly on-site content shoots to produce ad-ready creative that drives results.
This is a freelance role for a Midlands-based Videographer, with travel to client sites for quarterly shoots.
You’ll film, edit and produce high-quality short-form video content to support our Meta advertising campaigns.
You’ll film a mix of:
* Natural interviews/testimonials (comfortable, not scripted)
* Product and detail b-roll
* Primarily vertical footage for social-first campaigns (Meta)
What we’re looking for
* UK‑based freelancers who can travel locally/regionally (driving essential)
* Confident filming natural interviews - making people feel at ease is a must
* Strong eye for candid storytelling and useful b‑roll coverage
* Comfortable shooting for vertical, ad‑led creative (hooks, cutaways, clean framing)
* Dependable, communicative and professional with clients on‑site
* Able to run the shoot day smoothly when there isn’t an agency rep present
Typical kit requirements
* Camera capable of high‑quality 4K (or excellent 1080 with strong lenses/lighting)
* Gimbal or stable handheld setup + tripod
* Proper audio kit for interviews (lav mic(s) + backup option)
* Ability to manage, label and back up footage on‑site
* Drone is a bonus but not essential

Working with us
You’ll be supported by a clear brief, a shot checklist, and a project lead who oversees creative direction. We also run a pre‑shoot strategy call to align on the plan, shot list and interview prompts. On some shoot days, you will be the only on‑site lead, so you must be confident in coordinating the schedule and guiding the client calmly.
