The ideal person will have/be:
1. Possess 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English or Maths)
2. Minimum of one year’s experience of working within a customer service role
3. Enthusiasm for excellent customer service
4. Passion for automotive technology
5. Strong presentation skills
6. Ability to work autonomously
7. Team orientated personality, always willing to help and support others
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Willingness to learn and develop while keeping up-to-date with innovations and complex/technical/product information
10. Strong organisational skills
11. Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
12. Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes)
