There are rooms for business meetings and seminars, croquet and petanque, and an indoor swimming pool. Main duties and responsibilities: We operate a busy Brasserie operation catering for around 200 covers daily and a Table d’hote/ a la Carte Restaurant. In addition we are a busy function hotel serving up to 200 covers plus various buffet menus. This is a busy year around business and is one of the premier function venues in the area. The kitchen offers an opportunity for individuality and freedom of ideas and great opportunity to advance. The brigade consists of 9 chefs all of whom have year round positions. Essential criteria: The successful applicant should have a good working knowledge of all sections of the kitchen and will be used to working with fresh local produce. They will be a good communicator, have an interest in staff training and development and knowledge of HACCP practices. They will find an exciting challenge at this Rosette standard Kitchen, so will need to be an enthusiastic, innovative person with flair, imagination and passion for food.
