Responsibilities
1. Create and coordinate technical solutions based on customer enquiries, utilizing the company product range.
2. Produce accurate quotations for customers.
3. Provide technical support to customers and the external sales team.
4. Generate reliability reports to support customers in reducing mean time between repairs.
5. Propose solutions to enhance customer service, aiming to establish a 'product reliability' partnership.
6. Support workshops with inspections and repairs as needed to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
7. Supervise seal and system installations on-site, including offshore installations.
8. Perform other duties as reasonably required by management, including support for service work and offshore projects.
Qualifications
* Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* Knowledge of seals and related products is preferred.
* Experience with SAP S4 is preferred.
* Full driving license.
* Self-motivated and organized.
* Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
