Starting the day at 4am driving in and around London multi dropping on a predetermined route. Duties of the Multi Drop / 7.5 tonne driver Timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. Checking orders prior to delivery Unloading of vehicle and providing exceptional customer service to the client base. Face-to-face customer service skills including the ability to deal courteously with customers and the public. Cleaning and Maintenance of Company Vehicle (Inside & Out) Adhering to Tachograph regulations where they apply Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods Reporting and recording any vehicle defects. Obtain delivery confirmation from customers where applicable Photographic evidence of all deliveries Keep vehicle clean and organised while adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food.
