About You
As a Finance Degree Apprentice, you’ll support key financial activities that help Simplyhealth operate effectively and sustainably. You’ll rotate across different areas of finance, building your skills and discovering where your interests lie.
You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, contribute to real business decisions, and develop a strong understanding of how finance supports organisational strategy and long-term success.
During the programme, you will have exposure to and may gain experience in teams such as:

12. Management Accounting
13. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

15. Commercial Finance
16. Corporate Tax

What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous finance experience, you’ll need to meet the application criteria below plus we’ll be looking for curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
Application criteria:
23. GCSE Maths and English at grades A–B (5–9) or equivalent
24. BBB at A-Level (or equivalent), including Maths
25. A genuine interest in finance, business, and accounting
26. Strong numerical and analytical skills
27. Good communication and relationship-building skills
28. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
29. A positive, proactive mindset
