Position Details: Contract Type: Temporary ongoing for 6 months minimum Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour Location: Gosforth Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors with a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression. Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or person. Ensure all arrangements are in place for visitors and meetings. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. ✉️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
