Engineering Estimator / Commercial Estimator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon‑Friday | 39 hours per week.
The Role
* Review customer enquiries and interpret engineering drawings
* Prepare cost estimates and quotations
* Liaise with customers on technical requirements
* Support projects from initial enquiry to order completion
* Work with suppliers and production teams to ensure accurate costing
About You
* Mechanical or manufacturing engineering background
* Experience with estimating, quotations or proposals
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience within machining or manufacturing is advantageous
