Banking & Finance Lawyer (NQ-2) - Jersey This elite offshore law firm offers banking & finance lawyers an opportunity to make a life-changing move without any compromise in quality of work or long-term career path. You will be joining a team that compares favourably with any major onshore practice, and which advises an international client base of banks, financial institutions and corporations, on the Jersey elements of high-value and complex cross-border transactions. You can expect a broad range of work with corporate/acquisition finance, structured finance/debt capital markets and real estate finance among the key areas of focus. There will be plenty of scope to take on responsibility and you will be involved in client-facing work and business development from the outset. Prospects for development are excellent. Requirements Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa). Likely to suit someone from NQ-2 years’ PQE. (All suitable applicants considered). A seat in banking and finance (for NQs) or relevant post-qualification experience in either general finance or a specialist area of finance and a willingness to take on a broader practice. A background in a respected commercial law firm in the UK or equivalent overseas. Package Good salary (expected to be c.£75k), 20% tax rate. Benefits and bonus scheme.
