Interim Senior Change Manager (Global Procurement Digital Transformation)

Location: London Hybrid 2 days in the office
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Change Manager to lead and execute the global change and adoption strategy for a major Procurement Digital Transformation Programme. This critical role will drive behavioural change, enable engagement, and ensure the successful global adoption of new digital tools, processes, and ways of working during the final 12 months of the programme.
Required Experience
* 10+ years of Change Management experience, with strong senior/strategic leadership exposure.
* Demonstrated success delivering global transformation within complex FMCG environments (mandatory).
* Exceptional stakeholder and influence management across diverse regions.
* Proven experience in digital transformation and process adoption programmes.
* Ability to operate autonomously with limited regional change resources.
Preferred Experience
* Procurement transformation background (Source-to-Pay, Contracting, Supplier Management).
* Experience embedding data standards, digital tools, and global operating models.

* Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
* Excellent communicator with strong executive presence.
* Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
* High cultural awareness and experience working in global organisations.
* Able to onboard quickly and deliver immediate impact.
