This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, can build strong relationships with key accounts, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.As a Sales Administrator, you will ensure customers receive a seamless experience, from handling general queries to supporting the day‑to‑day management of key customers. This role also offers excellent opportunities for professional development and progression.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for UK customer queries via phone, email, and online platformsManage and maintain key account relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfactionProcess customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain up-to-date customer records, documentation, and CRM dataSupport with administrative tasks including reporting, order tracking, and account updatesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are metAssist in preparing quotes, proposals, managing invoices and maintaining sales records Monitor and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolutionContribute to continual improvement of customer service processesSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, or similar administrative roleStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationshipsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work xwzovoh to deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systemsA proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop in a growing organisationBenefits Company pensionHybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office and 2 at homeSecure onsite parking25 days holidayEarly finish every other FridayBirthday day off What you need to do now If youre interested in this role, click apply now to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isnt quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. # 4750550
