FINTEC recruit is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a modular building company based in Lincoln. This is a permanent position with base salary £40,000 with OTE £50k to £70k plus mileage allowance & benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Managing housing/modular build projects which include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes.
* Involved in construction fit out, refurb & building project management
* Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors
* Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects
* Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects
* Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects.
* Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress
Skills and Experience required for the Construction Project Manager role:
* Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
* Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
* Knowledge and experience Microsoft suite - Microsoft Projects etc
* Background experience of management, budgeting, analysis and QS skills
* RICS qualifications an advantage, not an essential
