This is a unique opportunity to shape a menu from the ground up in a creative, ingredient-led kitchen. Youll be working with a focused offering of refined small plates, using seasonal ingredients and delivering consistently high standards.
The role is suited to either an experienced Head Chef or a strong chef ready to step up, with real scope to grow as the business evolves.
Youll be responsible for running day-to-day kitchen service, maintaining quality and consistency, managing stock and ordering, and contributing to menu development. Were looking for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and takes pride in simple food done exceptionally well.
