Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Transport Systems Specialist to join our team based at Wolverhampton.

Roles And Responsibilities
* Support the ongoing rollout of Microlise TMS across all sites
* Configure and maintain TMS parameters, workflows, and reporting tools
* Provide training and day-to-day support for operational users
* Act as the first point of contact for TMS issues, escalating to suppliers where necessary
* Work with Finance to ensure system outputs align with billing and revenue capture
* Document processes, training guides, and best practices for site teams
* Collaborate with IT and Transformation team to align TMS development with WMS and EDI projects
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience with a Transport Management System (Microlise preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience training operational staff on systems
* Good understanding of logistics/transport operations
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
