Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

Rate: £22 - £25 an hour

This is working for a leading house builder across the north west. This role allows experience in working on high specification homes to very high standards.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Site Manager to join the new build housing development. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high spec homes,, ensure the project progresses, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day running of the development.
-Liaise with subcontractors, trades to ensure work is completed efficiently.
-Monitor the progress, standards and ensuring the project is to NHBC standards.
-Assist with handover processes, snagging customer care when required.
About You
-Previous experience working with house builders
-Experience in management working on a new build housing site
-Must have a CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Full UK driving license
