I am working in partnership with a highly respected Yorkshire-based law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a leadership role at their Huddersfield office.

The Role
This is a senior position with team leadership responsibilities, reporting into the wider management structure. You will:
* Lead the Private Client team in Huddersfield, with joint responsibility for the department's performance and development
* Manage a busy caseload of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and related matters
* Supervise and develop junior colleagues within the team
* Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
* Contribute to business development and departmental strategy
About You
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in Private Client work
* Able to demonstrate technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
* Experienced in, or ready for, a team leadership role
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, people-focused approach
* Committed to delivering excellent client care
