Term time only Daily working pattern is 8.35am - 3.40pm Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday which is 8.35am - 4.45pm. Term time only. Crindau Primary School is seeking to recruit a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support learning across our school. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the class teacher and senior staff, supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school day. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' emotional wellbeing Assist with classroom preparation and organisation Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and engagement in learning Support pupils with additional learning needs, where required Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Uphold the school's safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing policies The Successful Candidate Will Have: Experience of working with children of primary age (preferably in a school setting) A positive, caring, patient and flexible approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A willingness to work in our LRB class or our mainstream classes.
